Boudoir Doesn't Mean NUDE

If you're anything like me, you may NOT feel completely comfortable in your birthday suit. Well just because you're signing up for a boudoir session doesn't mean you have to BEAR ALL to the camera.

Boudoir actually comes from the French term which means a woman's inter-room; a changing room. But since boudoir can be taken in just about any location we don't stick to the physical meaning anymore. Instead, I use boudoir to mean that vulnerable and REAL part of you that you keep hidden from the rest of the world.

Your hopes and dreams, desires and fears can all factor into a boudoir session. It's my goal as a portrait photographer to get you into a mindset where you can be 100% authentically you. It's easy for some people, and difficult for others. It's also part of the reason why I strongly suggest you schedule an annual session.

With an annual session, you get to learn about yourself and then go out and get in touch with THAT side of yourself at home, in business, anywhere! Next year, come back and see if you've made any progress.

Some women, yes only women... I don't shoot dudior though it IS a growing trend, schedule monthly or quarterly sessions and that's great too! The more you sit in front of a camera the more comfortable you get and the more you work with a certain photographer the more comfortable you get.

That's a large part of the reason why I am the only photographer at ElegantOrchid. When you schedule with EO, you get me!

So, let's get you on the schedule. Are you ready to uncover the real you?
